Return And Refund Policy

Promise

All products are visually inspected before they are packaged and shipped out.

No matter which reasons, you can put forward a return request in 7 days after you received the goods. Except the defective items, you should return the products to us in the original condition, with any original product packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Refunds Conditions

Under the following cases, you will get a full refund or a new replacement:

• Defective items
• Lost items
• Shipped wrong items
• Out-of-stock items
• Cancelled order

Under the following cases, you will get a partial refund:

• Bought wrong items
• Any item more than two weeks after delivery date
• Items that were purchased when they were on clearance sale

Under the following cases, you will get $0 refund. But a new replacement is possible if you are willing to pay the reshipping fee:

• Wrong address
• Undeliverable address
• Cannot find consignee
• Consignee requested to pick up the parcel by himself/herself, but did not do it in time

How To Return the Parcel to Us?

If you need to return the products back to us, please contact us first. Our email is service@diymetalmodel.com.

If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake in processing by us, we will either send a prepaid shipping label or issue a refund to cover reasonable costs of shipping back to us once the costs are incurred. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any items.

It takes about a month to receive the parcel returned overseas. Our team will refund you after we check the parcel within 2 working days and contact you via email (service@diymetalmodel.com).

Procedure

Note: You may be asked for a receipt and/or proof of purchase, along with photographs and/or videos that clearly illustrate any product defects, mistakes in processing, or other issues.

After confirmation, you can get a new replacement or refund within 1-3 working days.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered via standard shipping. If you need it urgently and want it delivered quickly, please select UPS/FedEx/DHL and pay the additional shipping cost. For details, you can contact us at service@diymetalmodel.com.

• For customers in USA, Canada, Australia, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
• For customers in United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 14 business days.
• For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
• For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.

Do I need to pay additional fees?

We include customs duties, so you don't need to pay extra.

When will my order be shipped?

Normally, the processing time is 1-3 business days after your payment. The tracking number will be provided after that. Usually, the online shipping news will be a little delayed.

How can I know my parcel status?

Typically, you will receive 2 emails to know your order status:

• The first email is a confirmation email after you place an order.
• The second email is a shipping notification after your order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking information and instructions on how to track your parcel.
